The place has a lovely old world charm. Ron was sweet and was able to give me an appointment on very short notice. Accommodates my sulfate free shampoo request, as well as giving my hair volume for my date night that day. I wish he had been more adventurous in his hair styling suggestions. Got a walk-in manicure done by Ron that was inexpensive ($20), high quality, and quick. Ron was kind and made great conversation as he explained his process behind shaping, filing, and buffing my nails. He was very attentive to detail and receptive to feedback. Note that he doesn't offer acrylic or gel nails and that his salon is in the basement of the King James apartment, so call his number if you would like to get access through the lobby.
