CAPRISTO SALON AND WELLNESS SPA

I have gone here for years with no problems ever. Until I decided to get my hair dyed for the first time there. I went to my usual lady and asked for a natural looking balayage. The first time she did it it came out and you couldn't even tell it was done. It looked the exact same as my natural hair. (Not to mention she also cut my hair unevenly) I contacted her and she apologized and offered to fix it, Great! (You would think) Upon going back to "fix it" this was the result. You can see that it was lazily bleached (there's even random spots towards my root??) the color was a copper ish blonde. I was EXTREMELY disappointed and had to go elsewhere to get it fixed AGAIN. What I was most upset with was the fact that I emailed the salon these pictures with no response back. They lost a loyal customer and I suggest you stay clear of this place if you need your hair to actually be taken care of.

Today was my first experience with Capristo and it was amazing. Rose colored and cut my hair in a professional way, she knows what and how to do her job with high level of honesty. She treats client with respect and she makes sure that the client is satisfied with the results. She never rushes even the salon was busy. I got my shiny silky hair back after it was dry for 5 months. Thanks Rose????keep doing your great beautiful job

Sarah is the best of the best y’all! I’ve been to a bunch of different salons (across the country and in Pittsburgh) and let me tell ya- she’s amazing! I never have to worry whenever I am in her chair. Not only do I look better after- I truly feel better! The conversation and the head massage during the shampoo - heavenly! The staff always greets you with a smile and the coffee is always warm. I am so very glad I found Capristo Salon and more importantly- Sarah! I even trusted her so much I allowed her to chop off 10 inches of my hair to donate- she’s just that good! Do yourself a favor and check her out- she’s worth it y’all!
