The environment was welcoming and the stylist I had, Maya, had done an excellent job. She was willing to seek assistance from her colleagues to ensure that I got the haircut that I wanted and asked for feedback on the haircut. She was truly accomodating and on her way to be a fantastic stylist. Patrick was a welcoming figure at the front desk and provided valuable info about what would work best to my interests in regards to any products. This was my second visit, and I'm planning a third soon. I walked out of the salon with satisfaction and a new mousse from Surf. Overall, good experience ????????
