$13 for haircut and head wash for men? I used to pay $35 and it was never this good. She's such a nice lady! Btw the sticker price is $13 but you should pay what you think is worth. She's simply trying to serve all income levels so if you're a person that appreciates that you should at least pay double.

Best cut I've had in Philly - and what a steal! This place is right on Broad Street - deep in South Philly. The vibe is chill, and the place is clean. There is one main stylist who also is the owner and I usually can find parking right in the area or in the middle of Broad Street without much of an issue. I usually show the style that I'm looking for on my phone and she delivers consistently! Also there's always a fresh wash after the cut! You're not going to have to risk being a hair piñata after leaving since it's taken care of before you exit - looking fly and feeling fresh! Recommend this place highly! FYI: cash only!

Hoa is amazing. So nice and friendly. The reasonably priced cut -- $13 -- is a gift from above for this poor grad student...but the best part is that Hoa cuts hair so much *better* than any of the others, especially the over-priced salons. She is my go-to gal!
