I asked for honey blonde highlights & I look like a dark brunette. My hair was lighter before she touched my hair. I went there a second time for them to correct it and it turned out darker!!! Wish they were upfront about their qualifications. Now I have to wait a month to correct it. Every time I look at my hair I want to scream. Absolutely ridiculous. She told the other worker she was panicking during the process and never told me. Wish she was honest that she made a mistake. Service: Hair coloring
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a haircut! I went last-minute and booked an appointment with Kathleen who did an incredible job
I am very dissatisfied with there awful service. First, I had to go twice for my haircut because I wasn't happy. But they the stylist (Sand) showed attitude. Then I was called 15 min before my coloring appointment that Sandy can't make it. I was already driving and half way there. Finally, nobody even bothered to call back to reschedule.
