Kurt is the best! I've moved away and still get my hair cut by him whenever I'm in town, because he's just that good :) in addition, the salon itself has a great atmosphere, beautiful and cozy.
I always feel anxious whenever I have my hair cut since I never know how to describe the shape/haircut that I want. Kristen did a phenomenal job in trying to understand the style I wanted and executed it perfectly!
Salon Ricochet is so welcoming and comfortable! Elisabeta has cut my hair a few times and she colored it today. She was very patient with my questions and listened to my thoughts. She looked at how cuts/colors will work with my face and skin tone and she mixed up the colors perfectly! I definitely recommend it!
