I was recommended to come here for Vincent, made an appt and they fit me in last minute. Everyone was super nice and personable. I showed Vincent an inspo pic. He made sure I was ready for the big chop and explained each step he was doing to achieve the look I was going for. Very professional and educated! Will be coming back!
Not respectful of appointment times. Waited around for 20 minutes with no updates and eventually had to get on with my day. Had gotten a couple of cuts previously which were, well, okay. I wouldn't recommend it. There are plenty of other excellent and courteous salons in Bella Vista/Queen Village.
