LB at Bobby Mack is the best. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair now that I've found her. She's been doing my hair for almost 2 years now and it's the healthiest it's ever been. She gave me a new look that I didn't realize I needed and I can't imagine ever going back. She really has a gift for color and blending. The salon itself is so nice and the staff is really friendly. I recently moved to Philadelphia from CA and I’ve been wanting a haircut for quite awhile since I was in CA. I’ve had my fair share of not so great salons so I wasn’t too confident that I’d find a great one here. I came across Bobby Mack & Co through google, visited their IG and loved the environment & vibe of this salon. I sent in my application and hoped for the best. I happen to get lucky to get an appointment the week of my birthday with Nicolette - my hairdresser. I already knew I’d love the place from how clean looking it is, but Nicolette was great! She was sweet and approachable. She asked what I wanted and really listened to what I was looking for - She nailed it! I love my hair so much that I booked for a follow up in few months and I also loved the product she used on my hair so I purchased that :) safe to say that I will be returning and couldn’t be more happy and really looking forward to my next visit!
