Chikos barbershop

Had an appointment booked, was called the day before, I answered, I got no hello, no introduction, all that was said was that I had and appointment and was asked if I was coming to the barbershop or not. After I explained that my appointment was for the next day and for a different time, he said "let me check" after he checked he came back and all I got is a "You're right sorry" and then I was hung up on. So to summarize, he cold called me, accused me of not showing up for my reservation, when I corrected him, he then hung up on me. Needless to say, due to the rudeness of the person on the phone, I then cancelled my reservation for the next day and have booked somewhere else. I won't be spending money supporting someone who doesn't have basic courtesy when dealing with customers when it wasn't their mistake. Nothing like getting a phone call out of the blue with someone accusing you of missing your appointment to really make a customer feel welcome.

Good quality service

I was not happy that they took so long because from the moment I walked in there was another Hispanic brother waiting for his haircut and so I sat and waited for at least 30 minutes and then being that I had things to do and couldn’t afford to wait any longer because the time it seemed like it was going to take to get my haircut didn’t allow enough time for me to get to do what I planned to do so I was very disappointed to not get my haircut but I love the Spanish community and I know very well that everyone at Chikos knows how to cut just if anyone is impatient or doesn’t go with at least a half day blocked off then don’t plan on getting a haircut plan on wasting your time
