This place is so swanky! I felt truly pampered, and I always love when a business uses the charm of an old house to its advantage rather than gutting it to make it modern and gaudy. The staff were all kind and helpful, and I never felt lost or out of place, even though I don't do spa treatments often. It was such a decadent treat.
Been a patron of this facility for years. Used all sorts of their services. This morning I had a body sugar scrub. Well, it was something like it. The girl was nice, but the actual service was a disaster. The scrub took maybe 10 minutes, the rest of the time was used to clean off the scrub from my body, with WET TOWELS! I think a shower is a more efficient solution, LOL. If you offer such a service, make sure you offer a way to clean it off without patron’s discomfort. Really disappointing! Not to mention they charged full price at the end, after saying/complaining about it! Word to the wise, you can do better!
I went to Visage a' Visage for wedding hair and makeup this year and had a fantastic experience with Mikayla and Heather. I was alone (without any bridesmaids or family) by choice and it was very relaxing - just what I wanted prior to the ceremony. I mis-calculated how long makeup would take based on the trial, so just a warning to ask them or budget extra time in there to get your perfect look! Super pleased with the whole process.
