My friend got her hair done here by Missy. She asked for a light rose hair color and told the hairstylist she needed a quick cut and color. Missy saw the reference photos and everything, She DID NOT give my friend what she asked for at all. She gave her bright and vibrant hair. Utterly disappointed in quality of service from her. I previously loved my hair dye from there by Missy. Yet she did not do anything my friend asked for. No quality of service and she doesn’t understand color theory. Not worth the time or money, do not recommend. She will be finding a new salon. Service: Hair highlighting

The team at Urban LA Salon always does an incredible job whether I get a hair cut, highlights, full color, or other services. I look forward to relaxing with a glass of wine and having great conversation with Brittney and the other ladies - both staff and clientele. They even do a great job with my 7 year old daughter’s hair. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for anyone looking for a new hair salon!
