Great staff. Was a little pricey but that was to be expected. Daughter and her friend loved the experience as they were there too gussie up for prom. Ulta did a great job on both girls. They looked beautiful.

Stated product was online and in-store, but didn’t have anything out (I was told it was in a box in the back, just no one to unbox). They insisted on checking the already-bare shelves for the product. They said they were understaffed yet had groups of workers talking, not working, around the makeup. Manager went to the back, but the store didn’t have same colors listed online; was meant to be a gift. Very disappointed.
