Hair Cuttery

I have gone to several different hair salons and have told the stylus exactly the cut I want some of them I showed a picture to never come out with what I want go home and have to cut my hair myself. Kaliana was awesome she listened to exactly what I wanted talk to me while she was cutting to make sure everything was going as I liked and my haircut is the best I've had in years I will definitely be going back to her All of my co-workers family and friends have all commented how great my hair is she is definitely a superstar in my eyes! The staff was friendly, and the haircut was well done. What I did not enjoy was being charged extra without my knowledge. I was asked about a bears trimming and such during my haircut, which I declined. Late in the haircut, she asked me if she could do a trim of some extra hairs on my eyebrows. I thought, why not it takes literally 2 seconds only to find out later I was charged over $10 extra for that action. I was not told at checkout either but discovered it later on my email receipt. That is not ok with me. I would not recommend them based on that alone. It is deceptive behavior, and I will not be going back.

Diamond was professional and knowledgeable when she colored and curled my hair. Would 10/10 come here again. I had my hair cut yesterday here as well, and the other stylist was wonderful also (I think his name started with H?) He did a donation cut for me, so my hair went from halfway down my back to (now) less than shoulder length bob cut that angled towards my face. I love it! Both were last minute (appointments made day before or day of). I had two appointments because I scheduled the first one incorrectly, which meant I had only enough time for the haircut (oops, my bad) but that was okay bc after discussing with him what I wanted, he helped me book a follow up appointment for my hair color for the following day (today). If you want something specific, go with pictures. I showed both of my stylists pictures which helped them know what I wanted. Thank you both!
