Wait time went from 12 min to 45 online after we checked in. Went in to check when my boyfriend was up and guy was struggling to find him on list. Was told he had one person ahead of him. Then the online wait time for him went to 120 min. I worked at great clips and I understand wait times to an extent. But, that was ridiculous that our wait time fluctuated that much. Plus the kid struggling to find on list…front screen was down (which again I understand from working at one) but how easy it is to look on the employees screen to see wait list. We left bc we couldn’t wait all day and paid more somewhere else. Wonder how great clips corporation would feel about this?
Short wait and good haircut but would not accept any of my coupons. Service: Haircut
The online app would not allow me to check in. I had to physically go to the shop and there was a wait time of 132 mins. Other than the music being really loud, I decided to wait. The woman who did my haircut did a wonderful job. This was the first time I had come to this location due to the fact that the one at Chelsea Square had closed. Service: Haircut
