Absolutely abysmal, unhelpful, rude customer service. The staff blatantly ignored myself and other customers visiting the store. When I did finally go up seeking help finding a product, I got stared at and the only person to even acknowledge my request was the Clinique lady. Save your money and go to Sephora or literally any other place that sells make up.
The staff is ALWAYS EXTREMELY HELPFUL! Especially Brandon, Kayleigh, & Carla! Thank all of you for always representing such professionalism! The absolute best store in Altoona for all your scents, and skin care! My wife loves this store!
