The instructor was excellent and knows her stuff. The student worked hard but still needs to listen to her client and the instructor. She tried so hard but cut way too much off and as last time the left side shorter than the right. Tried to hard to get the top right which is pretty darn close. But needs to remember when someone wants to let their hair grow out.

Rhea was awesome! This was my first hair cut since transitioning. I was really nervous and she helped me feel confident with my hair. Thanks again!

Before COVID, I had frequent appointments at Summit — this was my first time back in any salon since the first lockdown. I had almost forgotten how much I liked my experiences here, and even more so now. Unlike a regular salon, I feel much more comfortable discussing what I'd like, what the options are, and getting professional-level advice from the student stylists and their instructors. It feels like a real team effort, which I really enjoy (especially after several pandemic years of trying to manage my hair color and trims by myself). Today I had a major change — a totally new haircut plus a serious refresh of my hair color — all thanks to Jojo. Although she told me she was pretty early in her training, she was completely professional, did an amazing job with my hair, and made the whole experience fun for me. I highly recommend Jojo, and just made my second appointment with her myself!
