Kelly is amazing! I have seen her for years, although not as much as I like since I moved away from Eugene. I drive all the way from Portland to see her. Never had a bad haircut or color from her. She’s so uplifting and will literally run out of the salon to compliment someones outfit, even a complete stranger. It’s fantastic!
