Rachel cut my hair for the first time since pre pandemic last week. I had cut it myself a year or so ago - just chopped off the ponytail style - and it was so lifeless. I have really fine/thin but curly hair, and I have a hard time finding people who can understand it, but she didn't bat an eye. She heard my concerns that I like being able to pull it back but want a little shape and face framing and did a bang-up job giving me cute curls to fall out of my ponytail. Thank you, Rachel!
