Platinum Salon and Day Spa

I was gifted $75 credit for my birthday, not only did I feel like I was not taken seriously but I did not receive the haircut I requested. Style wanted or not I left with an uneven cut probably because I wasnt asked until half thru the cut what side I parted my hair on. All said and done it cost $55. I wasnt offered my change and with no desire to tip the slightest I requested hair product which after 10 min of looking they could not find. I was told they would contact me with the product once a new shipment arrived. That was 3 weeks ago today and I have yet to be contacted. I would never recommend this place for anyone looking for haircut or anyone with long hair seeking a haircut at least.

I was struggling to find a stylist that I connected with and who understood what I was wanting to do. I have been going to Jackie for a while now and I absolutely adore her; she has done a great job with my hair and is super sweet. From interacting with other stylists and watching them work, anyone here is a great choice!Platinum Salon's staff are all extremely friendly and create a welcoming atmosphere!

Stephanie is awesome! I am so happy with my permanent eyeliner , it's amazing... honestly best decision I have ever made! Stephanie was kind and patient and answered every question I had, as well as explaining things I didn't ask. She is incredibly knowledgeable and very talented at her trade.
