I reached out to Glow after I had a haircut go horribly wrong at a barbershop. I wasn’t familiar with the business or the stylists at all. Literally just did a google search for salons near me and Glow came up in my search. I called and after explaining my haircut nightmare to the person who answered the phone, I was immediately set up with a stylist (Lisa, the owner) the very next day. I have never felt more heard and taken care of. The customer service was excellent and everyone I came in contact with was understanding and kind.
