Jason is extremely diligent in trying to understand what I want. I don’t always know how to express the ideas I have and he just knows what to do. He is a patient listener and extremely talented with color! I call him the hair genius!! Excellent service all the way around!!
I recently saw Kevin for my first Brazilian Blowout. He was meticulous; I went in with frizzy curls and walked out with smooth straight hair. I have never been able to wear my hair down because it took an hour to dry and was frizzy and huge within an hour, now it takes ten minutes and looks amazing for days. I just cannot say enough about the kind and thorough person Kevin is! I was grateful for his time and expertise. Also, as a mom the time I’m saving is amazing worth it’s weighth in gold! I wish I had found Kevin years ago!
Hair cutter, Jason, was explicitly asked, multiple times, to keep it full and do just a very light trim, but instead ignored the request and gave me a military short cut. The worst experience in having my hair cut in 40 years. Has not taken responsibility, and so just does not seem to care. Never, ever again.
