Carbon Salon patron for about four years. Long, thin, brunette hair I've been working on growing out. I ask for 1/8 or 1/4 inch dry-cut trims since I have a hard time sitting still for full blowout cut, and am usually just headed home afterward. Madison welcomed me into the salon and trimmed my hair beautifully in about 15 minutes. She was kind and i was impressed with her ability to do a quick trim. This salon is a little pricier, but having had about 6+ trims/haircuts here, each time I leave happy. Happy to pay a little more for trims here when I know I will leave happy. And kudos to Maddie for respecting my wishes for minimal cut-other salons I've felt pressured to be okay w/ more cut off. She knew what she was doing, and did it quickly. Service: Haircut

I had two experiences here and they varied greatly, but the negative experience outweighed my positive experience. Positive: Lash extensions with Candy. Very happy with the results and she was very friendly and kind. Negative: Hair appointment with Pamela. She was very condescending and made me feel like garbage, gave me an ultimatum to either let her cut off more than 6 inches or she wouldn't proceed, was very rough with her services, and the end result was nothing near what I asked for. I will not be returning to this salon because of how bad my experience was - no one deserves to get treated so poorly. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Eyelash extensions
