Great conversation and interaction, but when I left, I realized she cut a lot of my hair to bangs size, like my side burns are the same length as my curtain bangs. Now, when I put my hair up in a ponytail, I have to wear bobby pins every time I tie my hair up so the sides can stay in place... ????

Took my daughter into this Super Cuts as the one in Redding wasn't cutting enough of her hair off as she asked. This place also didn't cut her hair nearly as much as she's been asking for. I don't get it. She has asked and asked. I've tried explaining yall need to give her what she wants. Instead, these people do what THEY WANT/THINK. Unfortunately, we live out of these towns, so we can't just *come back* so sick of spending money on cuts that aren't what we ask for. Why is this so difficult? Never again.
