Katelon and team was amazing !
I got a last second gray coverage and highlights. The stylist was very nice and I felt so bad after 3 hrs I told her no need to dry my hair. So I left before I could see the resu lts but trusted her. I pulled it up for the night and the next day when I went to do my hair a bunch of the highlights were fryed off. My hair is waist length and the caramel highlights are ear lenght! I called in and told her what was going on and she asked me if I had bleached my hair previously. As if it would be my fault. She also said some breakage is to be expected. This is not breakage. I now have one highlight that is the lenght of my hair. And the res are not even half the length of the rest of my hair. I spent $150 to have my hair ruined. Do not go here for hair color!
