Make sure If you call that you ask if you got the call center. I booked the last appointment available at 5:30 when they close at 6 And I have to fly out For a major work conference at 6 AM in the morning and she was already done with her last client and couldn't see me. Also kind of got the distinct impression that for whatever reason they were not comfortable with me in the building so if you're a guy may be find a different. Didn't Think it would be this much trouble to get a haircut and if the call center just let me know before I drove out there I would have had time to go somewhere else
This place is right in the same parking lot that North Freddy Meyers is in. So it is convenient to shop and get your hair done.
I called for an appointment and as soon as I hung up I got right in! Had a wonderful experience with Trina. Love my shampoo cut and style. Out with the old in with the new!
