I had an appointment at 7am with one of the nail technicians and she never showed. I messaged her multiple times and still have not received a response. Normally I would not be very upset, but the appointment was for my little sister to get her nails done before her senior pictures. I had a previous appointment with someone else at a different salon, but at a less convenient time. When this technician stated she could get me in, I canceled the other appointment. I got up early on my only day off and waited for over half an hour for her to show up, and she never did. I was able to get in contact with the owner a couple hours later and she said she would get back to me. Hours later and I have not even been given the courtesy of an apology or an explanation. I understand things come up and one experience does not reflect on a whole business, but I am extremely frustrated by how unprofessional this has been handled.

First of all I walked in and no one was wearing masks even though we are in a global pandemic. Then, I originally booked through Ashley. I got there for my set appointment time and was told she was not in that day but I didn’t get even a call saying she wasn’t there. So they put me with Sarah. I waited 45 mins longer for her to do someone else’s nails that she had booked. Then when she got to me she rushed through my nails and they ended up uneven and super thick. The top of my thumb nail is thicker than the base and the gel isn’t even on the entire nail. Some of the gel is see through on my nails as well even though it’s a mauve color. I had already made an appointment somewhere else to get them fixed. I tipped $20 because Sarah took me and I wasn’t her client. I paid $60 and all I have to say is don’t waste your money.
