I had an unforgettable experience at the JCPenney's salon where I got my hair permed by Shelly. Unfortunately, Shelly's work didn't meet my expectations, and her attitude left much to be desired. Thankfully, Erin came to the rescue and displayed a remarkable level of kindness, compassion, and dedication to fixing my hair. Her expertise and passion for her craft shone through as she worked on re-perming my hair. The result was nothing short of amazing – Erin gave me the best perm I've ever had! Not only was Erin exceptional, but the rest of the staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I'm grateful for Erin's talent and the positive atmosphere at the JCPenney's salon, making my overall experience a pleasant one.

Stylist cut my hair way to short, I asked for a shoulder length with an undercut and it’s now to the bottom of my ears. unfortunately I wear glasses and can’t see much without them so I couldn’t see her going in so short. The stylist didn’t listen to what I wanted length wise or with the undercut at all. Service: Haircut

Thank you Sammy for the wonderful hair cut! (I went in after receiving horrible hair cut some where else. I had 12 inches cut off and never had short hair before). Sammy was able to create exactly what I originally had in mind, she added so much layer and volume with my flat fine hair, it amazed me! I for sure recommend her and will definitely come back!
