I made an appointment for a Brazilian blow out on my last visit for today happened to be at the mall earlier in the day and stopped by today to confirm what time my appointment was and the salon was closed I then tried calling multiple times throughout the day and no one answered the phone stopped by again and still closed. Very confused on why they would make an appointment and then be closed. The sad thing is that they did a good job on my hair and color last time I went, but very poor service to not try to call me to cancel or reschedule my appointment. Unfortunately I won’t be going back
