Max Nails on Kruse

Not coming back to get my nails done there anymore. I did my nails a few time there was “ok” yesterday I went to get my nails done and David made my appointment when I came back I told him I wanted to get my nails done with him, he said ok after he finishes with the lady he was doing then after he finishes he just left without tell me anything that he couldn’t do my nails, the girl came to ask me if I wanted to come back Tomorrow just rude the way they do things. I get a manicure done with the same girl that did my pedi. She is nice and sweet my pedi was ok but my meni was just wasted of money. Coming back today to them remove it.

I went in for a pedicure and they were able to fit me in. The location itself is pretty but the floors and some of the pedicure chairs were dirty. While getting the pedicure (which was perfectly fine, and what I expected from a pedicure), my tech asked if I wanted a manicure. I said no thanks and let her know I can’t have my nails done anymore due to my job but she said she could just trim my nails and clean up my cuticles. I said ok but wish I would have said no. This part was super rushed, my nails were quickly cut, not filed very well, my cuticles look no different and the filing on my top of my nail looks awful. The overall “manicure” lasted maybe 5 minutes. When checking out, I expected a charge for trimming but definitely not a charge for a full manicure. Pretty disappointed and will likely not use this location in future. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Great nails but a layer of skin was loose, that's never happened before. I asked for the extended pedicure. I left and took a bath that evening and literally saw a layer of skin loose on my foot. I also had cuts. I don't know.
