This was my first time getting a balayage done and I was nervous because I had grown out my natural hair for a few years after over-highlighting it - I didn't want anything too drastic or high-maintenance like what I was doing before. Well, Raven did a wonderful job! She kept in the caramel and strawberry-blonde undertones of my natural hair, just like I wanted and blended it all together so nicely and naturally. The hairdresser cut my hair too short and didn’t even cut long layers correctly. My hair was almost touching my bottom and I just want to trim it less than 4 inches, but instead she cut it all the way to my shoulder. And even mentioned to me, “there is no such thing layered.” I even provided a photo to reference but the result was totally different and not even close. I will never go back to that place again. I felt so uncomfortable and I feel like I’m suffering by this. I’ve never had this short hair before. Service: Haircut

I have been so blessed to find a hair stylist that really makes me feel beautiful when I look at myself. I feel so lucky to have found Raven at Salon Nouveau :) she is very knowledgeable and has such a gift with all things hair! I have been getting services from her for quite some time and I couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else. You can really tell she cares about her clients!
