Perfect Look Hair Salon

This place is a SCAM. They did NOT do a price consultation upfront but when corporate called to ask them, they said they did- LIES I was charged for a cut and style... my hair was dripping wet when I left and cut about 4inches off the back with no layers or bangs like requested. My shirt was stained from the color they used and mishandled. I had patches of colors in my hair and was charged $325... ABSOLUTELY insane. Getting price quotes from other Salons they would charge $225 and I would have walked out with dry, styled hair that i wanted. Save your money, time and tears. This place and the service they provide is a JOKE The I think manager did try fixing it the next day at no charge. They did not do a price consultation to begin with and they kept saying how short of time they had, they should have done a proper consultation to begin with and I would have chosen to do a partial and only blonde color.
