I’ve given this place multiple chances (close to my house) but I’ve had it. Appointments are entirely useless there. People came in after me and I verbally heard them say “I don’t have an appointment” and they were serviced first. I always tip at least $20 on my pedicures… Every single time I make an appointment I wait at least 15-20 minutes past appointment time. I walked out after 20 minutes, it’s the last chance they get to waste my time. Additionally only one or two of the techs are actually trained and good at nails. They will almost always cause injury to your feet/toes, just beware. Wouldn’t recommend at all, plenty of other amazing salons that value your hard earned money and time. I’d recommend Nails Forever on Imbrie, they will value your loyalty and never make you wait if you have an appointment. I suppose they don’t overbook like Isse clearly does.
