I called to see if I could get on their list. Was told they can't make appointments and that it's first come, first serve. Asked how late someone can walk in and wait to get a haircut. I was told they close at 6 pm. I said, ok if someone walks in at 5 pm, can they get a haircut before closing?" I was told only if there is time and no one is waiting before you in line. I arrived at 4:40pm, and there were 2 kids and 2 men ahead of me, then a woman walked in (as I thought jy was my turn), and she was able to go ahead of me even though I had been waiting for 45 minutes at that point. I asked why she is in front of me, and they said because she put her name online. Had I been told THAT info when I originally called at 2:45 p.m., I would have put my name down ONLINE instead of walking in to wait more than 45 minutes to get a shampoo/cut. When I arrived, the computer stated there was a 55-minute wait. The lady who had her online appointment DID NOT have her name on the computer when I walked
