Great Clips

I will start by saying we have been here many times and up until today our experience has been pleasant! However, today I took my 5 year to get a haircut; and was greeted by a girl named Brandy! She was rude, rolled her eyes several times at both me, my son, and other employees and customers! After the haircut and I was paying apparently I was taking too long with tipping her and she huffed and puffed! Making the whole situation very uncomfortable! If it weren’t for the other girls that work there I would never ever return to this great clips! But, going forward I will just make sure someone else is available..

This was the worst experience I've ever had getting my hair cut. The stylist literally butchered my hair!!! I had asked for a shoulder length when dry, long layers cut and had touched my shoulder show. By the time I realized how short she was chopping my hair it was too late. She replied that the cut was shoulder length but it does not even touch my collarbone!!! She was very unfriendly and did not speak unless spoken to. I was more entertained by the conversation the other stylist was having with her customer. During the haircut she also got hair on my face, down my shirt I was itchy all the way home. I also now have an uneven area on the back of my head where she cut a couple inches shorter than the rest of my hair. I won't mention her name even though it's on the receipt. Just warning she's was the younger and most unfriendly one. Even though I gave her a small tip, if I had seen the extent of damage to my hair she caused she would have received nothing. Love the online check-in option. As well as the real-time wait times online. Specific to this location; Debi is a great person to get your hair cut by. She's efficient, friendly, and does a quality job.
