Made an appointment with Collette. I showed up 10 minutes early and she said she would be ready on the time my appointment was scheduled for. I sat outside waiting. It was 20 minutes past my appointment and she never came out to let me know how far behind she was. I finally went in and told her I would have to call and reschedule my appointment. She was rude and poor service. I will never schedule another appointment again.

Let me start off by saying that I NEVER get my hair done. I have an ombre type color so that I don't have to go very often to get it done but after having Colette do my hair I am absolutely obsessed! She took the time to explain to me that a trim was needed and why it was (so your hair can remain healthy and grow). She then proceeded to absolutely nail my vision for what I had wanted when I walked in. She's warm, welcoming and such a lovely soul to speak to. I highly recommend her! I will make the trip down to Eugene from Hillsboro JUST to have her do my hair.

Can I rate 6 stars? Fantastic. I walked in and Collette was ready and waiting for me, got right down to my manicure and then did a fantastic hair cut. She worked at the perfect pace, gentle and careful, but experienced and confident. I felt very comfortable and at ease with her. She was very easy to talk to, the salon was comfortable and clean, and I didn’t feel any pressure to buy products or anything, which always gives me anxiety at a new salon. I am thrilled with both services and will be coming back no question. Call her now!
