I went in on a Thurs and saw the new nail techs and wasn't very happy with the end results. I posted a review and the owner, Amber contacted me immediately and scheduled me with Tiffany. I saw her 2 days later and she did an amazing job. The shop is cute and had great energy and I was very impressed at how quick Amber was to make things right with my experience. Thank you ladies.
Everyone at this place is so freaking nice and accommodating! Amber took the black box dye out of my hair and was able to do a wonderful balayage in just 2 sessions. My hair is so healthy and beautiful I can't believe it! My experience here was nothing but kindness and pampering. Oh and Ariel is a great shop pup! I am a customer for life indeed :)
Negative stars would be appropriate for Erin. She cut my hair and it is one of the worst cuts I have ever received. Hard to believe that she has been doing this for 12 years. My hair is in worse shape than when I walked in and now I get to wait for it to grow out before it can be repaired. Service: Haircut
