Regis Salon

I have gone to Regis Salon for months now, and I have been nothing but impressed with the staff, service, products, and salon. I wanted to have a major make over back in October and Victoria was my recommended stylist when I walked in to set up an appointment. I knew going blond was a big decision seeing how I am a natural brunette, but I felt fully confident Victoria could make it happen because of the salon’s positive reputation. I have absolutely loved having Victoria as my stylist because she is beyond kind, talented, and is a positive friend to chat with every time I go into the salon. I have loved my hair cuts, color, conversations, and blow outs with her! She is truly gifted! Regis Salon is my new “hair home” because everyone that works there is professional, personable, fun, and talented. I have seen women, children, and men leave the salon looking fabulous and happy, and I highly recommend this salon to everyone looking for a fabulous hair experience!

I went in for a bleaching and shadow root as a birthday gift from family. I was so excited to have my hair done for my birthday, except it turned into a nightmare! I sat for 7 hours! Yes, 7 hours to get my hair done. The young lady said she’s been doing hair for 2 years, but that’s impossible. The manager even stood there doing 4 other peoples hair while she struggled with mine from 9-4pm. My birthday plans were ruined, my birthday was ruined, I honestly wanted to cry. She bleached my hair leaving it brassy. I walked in with blonder hair than what I left with. She applied a shadow root so chunky it looked as if I did it. The shadow root left two different colors on my roots like an orange/dark brown. The worst part is I say for 7 hours not offered water, an apology was never received, or refund offered. The fact that that manager stood and watched all this without helping the young girl do my hair was even worse. She obviously knew she didn’t have the skill to do my hair. I was hungry

It was by chance that I first started having Autumn do my hair. I was from out of town and just walked in. That was months ago and now I drive 350 miles round trip ( I swear it’s true) to have her cut and color my hair. She is a very skilled! I have yet to leave and not have someone stop and compliment my hair. What I like most is that she is attentive and a good listener. She is able to offer suggestions and input, but does not pressure. Her skill set it well worth the trip and I recommend her without hesitation!
