When she started at this new lush salon with Bree she burnt my head multiple times and came off very rude the entire time of me being there. I’ve never felt so disrespected and abused. New to the area and found Ally via Instagram. Her work seemed good and she could fit me in fairly quickly so I booked. The appointment was fine, but upon returning home after my appointment - I realized how disappointed I really was. Her hair trim was choppy and I would consider more of a cut than trim, which I am pretty disappointed about because I’ve spent the past few years growing my hair back out and she took off a solid 3 inches for a “trim”. The balayage is my main concern. I booked a full service and she probably used 1/3 the product my usual stylist did for the same service. I asked to go as light as possible, and it seems she just did not have the time or respect for me or my money. My color looks a little bit less grown out from before my service - but my roots definitely do not look I just paid $270. I consider myself fairly easy to please with my hair, but jeez, I’ve never felt like I needed to write a bad review for any of my other hair dressers. Feeling extremely ripped
