Used to be able to check in online and head right over. They’re so under-staffed now that you can’t check in online (or make an appointment) and walk-ins are a 2 hour wait. Absolutely insane.
My stylists Katalina, was outstanding! She understood what I wanted ! I had long hair and desperately needed a new look. She layered my thick hair blending it exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend her. I will be seeking her out my next visit.
