One of the stylists gave me completely different hair than I asked for. She also told me it would be $145 but ended up charging me $205 because she “decided to do more” which was never discussed. She also charged me for the color that was used??? I reached out to the manager about the hair being completely different and the up charge and she didn’t do a single thing about it. The stylist also stopped responding to me once I reached out about fixing my hair which was very unprofessional. I do not recommend this salon.
Taylor is amazingly experienced. She has done my hair since 2007.
I go here every two weeks to have my lashes done by Mary. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST, everyone is always friendly and super welcoming. The salon is clean and very relaxing. Always an enjoyable experience at Broken Halo. And I love my lash artist. :)
