Unique Nails

I just left this salon on 10/03/22 and the result is shown in the pictures below I walked in for a simple removal of my nails that weren't even a real acrylic set and were done with regular polish not gel. I was charged $25.00 for what you see In the pictures she didn't file my nails or paint them at all just a removal of a half finished set with regular polish. It's easy to say I will never be going back to this salon as this is no more than a $10 service no matter what salon you go to and this place is nothing special to say the least save your time and money.

Beautiful space. Horrible experience. Not only was I overcharged by $20, the owner (Kim) refused to acknowledge it. My nails needed repair in less than a week. Kim said this never happens. I've been getting my nails done by professionals in both California and Oregon for over 40 years. I have never had such poor treatment, and service in those years. I had to have my nails redone in ten days in order to function in my daily life. Incredibly disappointed. I have worked with people from all over Asia for many years. Nothing worse than when someone doesn't want to communicate ... suddenly they don't speak English. Really?

We've been customers for 2 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Very friendly service and a lovely atmosphere (the pedicure chairs are gorgeous). Excellent prices and beautiful results!
