Micaela made me feel very comfortable, this was my 1st time I had my eyelashes tinted. I did this in preparation for lash extensions on Thursday. I like the results but, can't wait for my lashes.

I had tried to schedule an appointment with this salon and was treated poorly from the start. I shared a picture of what I was wanting and was told that what I wanted was incorrect from the services I was asking for. I didn’t know the difference between balayage and highlights as I’ve never had balayage. After that, I scheduled an appointment through Facebook messenger and was told my appointment date and time. When I showed up for my scheduled appointment, the lights were off and the door was locked. I messaged the stylist on Facebook messenger asking if I had somehow to get the date wrong and I received no answer. I then called the number listed on the Facebook page and it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full. After I was already home, I got a message saying the stylist was in Portland on their way back, but I was already home. She then told me to call her to reschedule m, but after doing so I was still sent to voicemail. I then texted her telling her I would like to r
