I have never had to write a negative review in my life but this feels very necessary. I would not schedule with Kayla if you are depending on any kind of time management. Kayla asked me to come in at a later time 5 minutes before my original appointment time forcing me to drive all the way back home. I was able to do so but was disappointed with the fact she was 2 hours late to the NEW suggested time. As I thought there was personal reasons for this, I remained calm and kind. Half way through my appointment, Kayla had another client who she then worked on at the same time as me leaving me in my foils for too long & neglecting my presence. I ended up sitting at a highlight appointment from 12 pm- 5:30 pm and there was not a single apology that came from her. She ended up working on the other girl in priority to me and I had to leave with unstyled wet hair and no trim even though that was apart of the appointment and was still told to pay full price. My first appointment, Kayla tried to reschedule my appointment five minutes before it was scheduled. I had already driven 30 minutes to her salon, so was unable to reschedule. She ended up being 20 minutes late. Our second appointment, she was again 20 minutes late but did send me a text a couple of minutes prior to my appointment to let me know. Today was my third appointment scheduled with her and she no-showed. I sat in her salon for 30 minutes waiting, no text or call from her. I finally asked her coworkers if they had heard from her and they said no. They also were unable to reach her. Disappointed because I booked this appointment months in advance for a wedding next week. She ultimately does a good job on my hair, which is why I continued to go to her. But will no longer be going to her after today, nor would I recommend her services. Complete disrespect for somebody else’s time, especially when they drive out of town for her services!

I’ve tried this place four times and I would not recommend it. Kayla was never on time from an hour to two hours late or just cancelling. The hair always turned out fine but appointments would take six hours each time just for it to look somewhat different than what I came in with. I cannot speak for other workers there but overall she was flaky and I would look elsewhere to get your hair done. Service: Hair highlighting
