Z Studio: The Art of Hair

My experience was amazing. Zack was my stylist and was absolutely amazing. I would definitely go back here again for more haircuts.

I had an appointment at 6 and arrived right at 6:15 then 2 minutes later the stylist comes out and says it’s past the 15 minute time frame and they can’t do my haircut anymore. So I asked for a dry cut with no shampoo or style to save time, I really just needed the trim (my arrival time was 6:15 but the stylist wasn’t out ready for me). Then they move forward with the dry cut and agreed to adjusted pricing to compensate the no shampoo or styling. Well when we are done with the cut and it’s time to pay, they charged the full amount as if it was the full service. I needed to go and didn’t say anything but they’re customer service was horrible! I had an appointment with Summer and she was honestly the sweetest and most caring hair stylist I have ever had anywhere! She was very attentive on what I wanted done to my hair, she always told me what she was going to do before doing it, and made sure I liked everything that was done before moving on. She even taught me ways to style my hair and what products to use that would help the best with what I was wanting. I have never been treated like that in a salon, I usually feel like I’m thrown in the chair and pushed out the door as soon as they can and they would always miss hairs and cut my hair wrong but not here. After my hair cut I got home and went through my hair to make sure there weren’t any hairs sticking out or anything wrong and no it was perfect it’s the best haircut I have ever gotten.
