Heather is fantastic, was able to make suggestions, and helped me know how I could style my straight, fine hair without it looking thin. It is likely from my experience that I would have paid more elsewhere for half the service. It had been a while since I had used Supercuts, but Heather just got my business back.
I was in Tulsa for business with my wife and daughter. We stopped in the Supercuts on 19th and Yale so the three of us could get haircuts. My daughter being special needs, it is not nearly easy to get her hair cut, as she will fight against it, in comes my wife and I's Supercuts super hero Amelia!! She is the first person in 7 years other than dad that she let brush and style her hair with no fight! Seriously Supercuts way to go, this kid is amazing and whatever she makes it is not nearly enough!! Veda did my wife and I's hair and also did a fantastic job! Both of these lady's are completely amazing at their jobs!! Thank you Supercuts, thank you Amelia, thank you Veda!! Will definitely be back to see these lady's again!!! Services: Buzz cut, Haircut, Hairstyling
I've been bringing my family here for years, but sadly we will not be returning. We checked in online, and was seated within maybe 10 minutes of being there. Alice was the young lady that helped us. I tried to explain to her what we were aiming for with this haircut, to which she was very dismissive about it. She then accidentally got hair in his eyes, which happens, however my son is autistic. His first response is to stop everything and rub his eyes. To which she replied "it's just water, you can go ahead and itch, but it's not going to stop me from doing what I'm doing". Had she hadn't already cut half of his hair, we would've left. When it was done, I met them at the counter and asked him how he felt, he said "kinda good. It hurt for awhile." I looked at him, he's rubbing the back of his head. I look at her, she's staring at him and completely ignoring that, gives me the total. The haircut itself looks fine. The part she dismissed is still an issue, but it's a cowlick, so it's not
