Hannah (the owner) gave me the sweetest experience today. She took her time and did an incredible job on my herbal nail manicure. The products used are all natural and amazing quality. I felt relaxed and comfortable the entire time. If you’re looking for a nail spa with a relaxing atmosphere and genuine hospitality this is the place! This was my first visit to the Mon Amie. I called before going to verify that they do at least accept walk-ins. I went for a pedicure. The "➕ Gel Add On" was definitely a slippery $20 up charge. The lack of communication/customer service skills on their part during my pedicure had me feeling very confused. I also had to figure out the remote that was strapped to the side of the chair where I was placed to sit at, which started flipping me back during the pedicure! The guy performing my pedicure starts to tell me ???? yeah, NO, that will not be tolerated! My apologies for having to figure tht remote all by myself. If you advertise that you treat your customers like friends, I'll find better friends that actually help instead of making me wing it and then try to tell me. ???? That whole situation could have been avoided if the chair would have been turned on when I was seated in the very beginning! This establishment needs to learn better customer service skills!!!
