Mon Amie Nails and Spa

They do know customer service is priority! Had an upgraded pedicure and it was so relaxing I wondered if I could drive home. I've had my nails done there for 2 years and never had any of the issues (mold) that I had from acrylic. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I had a great time this evening at Mon Amie! The design turned out perfect and the over all atmosphere was amazing! if I could give it MORE than a 5 star rating I would!!! I will be coming back! Service: Sculpted nails

This was my first visit to the Mon Amie. I called before going to verify that they do at least accept walk-ins. I went for a pedicure. The "➕ Gel Add On" was definitely a slippery $20 up charge. The lack of communication/customer service skills on their part during my pedicure had me feeling very confused. I also had to figure out the remote that was strapped to the side of the chair where I was placed to sit at, which started flipping me back during the pedicure! The guy performing my pedicure starts to tell me ???? yeah, NO, that will not be tolerated! My apologies for having to figure tht remote all by myself. If you advertise that you treat your customers like friends, I'll find better friends that actually help instead of making me wing it and then try to tell me. ???? That whole situation could have been avoided if the chair would have been turned on when I was seated in the very beginning! This establishment needs to learn better customer service skills!!!
