My husband found The Refinery with a Google search and I'm so glad he did! Pearline colored my hair today and it looks AMAZING!!! It's the perfect shade and I'm so happy with how it turned out. The wonderful owner Mrs.Pearline has always taken care of me. I first started seeing her when I moved to Oklahoma in early 2022. No matter have impulsive my hair changes have been she has always made my hair look amazing and make me feel so so good. I am honored to consider her a dear friend.
