Husband got the lady he likes to cut his hair, great job

The stylist that did my hair was awesome! I absolutely love my hair trim and style ! Service was fast and he was very gentle with his hands on my hair. Absolutely loved getting my hair done here.

I've used this Supercuts many occasions without an issue until a few days ago. They have quite a bit of staff turnover and I have no idea why but, it seems staying is the issue. I wish I could rely on one person to cut my hair but every time I find someone new. Using a #4 shaver, the employee cut & scraped the back of my neck. I winsed, & she asked if I was ok. I told her that it hurt. She said the customer before me mentioned it hurt him but yet admitted she did nothing to repair the shaver. Ugh! Test it, don't use it, something other than use it again please. My neck was torn up! ???? I was putting medicated cream on it to get it to heal & stop burning. I didn't request but I feel like a discount should've been provided to me. ✋️ Needless to say, I'll find another location next time. ???? ???? ????
