I'm not much of a talker when I go to salons, I just never have been. This was okay for them and they did my service very fast and gentle! Went with my friends and we all got done close to the same time, with all of us getting different things done it was a different price for everyone. Very reasonable pricing, too.

Worst place ever. October 2023 Don’t go here. I bought my wife a gift certificate and they will never get another dime from me. My wife said it was horrible. The stylist had my wife doing all the work she was supposed to do. The stylist was rude and several things she did hurt my wife’s feet and hands several times. Save your money and go somewhere else. They had a baby in a walker and the stylist kept playing with the baby and not paying attention to what she was doing. She cut my wife’s ankle because of this. My wife said it was the absolute worst and she was wishing it was over. Her nails are jagged and she had to file them herself when she got home. Never again! My wife did return at the request of Lux Management. Her paws and claws were redone on their dime. She did seem more pleased with the second attempt. I hope that this business follows up on work done by it employees before customers leave to verify good quality work and a pleasant experience.

I've been a customer of Luxe Nails for 5+ years and have noticed an extreme decline in their professionalism over the last year. The shop is dirty, the tools appear dirty and the nail tech working on my pedicure actually borrowed tools from the tech beside us while she was working on a customer of her own. This is the worst pedicure I've ever had! It was sloppy, painful and lasted 32 minutes start to finish. I believe a 10 year old could do a better job. I will no longer patronize this business.
