Best hair cut I've had in the past 15 years. Amy,the stylist, treated me like I was someone special. As if what I looked like meant something. Truly appreciate how she cut my hair.

I brought my 3 boys to the Midwest city location today and 2 of my boys had a very nice lady cut their hair and she did an amazing job. Unfortunately my other son got a different stylist named Shawn and he misunderstood the way I wanted my son hair to be cut so I tried to show him and he got an attitude with me and finished my sons haircut very quickly and aggressive. His hair is cut very uneven. My son said he was mumbling under his breath and even cussed at one point. My son is 10 years old and I felt like this was extremely unprofessional way of handling a child. I did choose to not say anything else to him at the moment because of the way he was already handling the situation.

Worst experience ever. Me and my partner go in with our son for both of them to get a hair cut and checked them both in online. First chair they had they took my partner back, while me and my son waited for the next seat. Another man came in and as soon as a seat was open they took then man back. Then two lady’s came in who wasn’t even checked in and as soon and they finished the last one checked her him and took her back all while my son was waiting. Worst customer service wouldn’t recommend at all.
